Perfect location for a very relaxing week. Right on the quieter side of Xi beach. The accommodation was basic but clean and the aircon worked well. The staff could not be more welcoming and were very helpful. The umbrella area for the guests on the beach was great. There are a number of other bars and restaurants all within close walking distance so you don’t need a car…. though we did to discover other areas and supermarket run.

Location is top-notch, next to the beach, breakfast included and with great views.The family business was welcoming and friendly, clean rooms and superb staff, another great service is that you may use the umbrellas and seatings free of charge and enjoy the sea and beautiful beach, quality of water and seaview.Highly recommended and looking forward to get back soon :)

Very friendly stuff, very good peaceful location right next to the beach. Everything was sparkling clean. The beds amd mattresses were new and very comfortable. The food was very good, everything homemade quality (mousaka etc), very rich breakfast. Recommended 100%

The sea is just 1 meter from the hotel, clean room, clean and warm sea water, bus station 7 minutes by foot.Very nice personal.Usually we stayed a day in the hotel (because it has all wee need: air-conditioner, breakfast/dinner, sea 1 meter away from the hotel, pay-free sunbeds + umbrella, etc ) and the next day we travelled around the island or took a trip to another island.

We had a great time in the Kefalonia Beach Hotel & Bungalows. The owners were friendly and we felt very welcome. Furthermore, they were happy to help guests with any possible requests and issues (e.g. they gave us a hand with our rental car problem). The hotel has an own sandy beach with equipment (sun chairs, tables & umbrellas). It is a very relaxing and quiet environment. The breakfast was served in the own restaurant with a nice view by the sea. We are looking forward to visiting this place again.

This is the most peaceful place in Kefalonia! The Megas Lakos beach is paradise. The hotel was like a small village.. A very sweet familiar feeling. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The foods served were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and we definitely plan to come back in the future.
